They are very helpful and always available to assist you and ability to answers all kinds of questions you may have. They literally explained everything to you, from what you need to do in each step to when the paperwork is submitted. The moment you walk into his office, you get the sense that he has a full grasp of the situation no matter what immigration matter might be hand, due to his wealth of experience.
It’s also heart-warming to know that he, too, once went through the US immigration process himself, and this is to say he has empathy towards his clients, which is a rarity.
For me, the entire process was seamless from the in-take stage. (Thanks especially to Tatiana whose numerous thoughtful telephone calls and carefully executed emails were of tremendous help. I’d like to thank her for her kindess.)
I find the entire team at Mr. Ballout’s office to be meticulously thorough and well-organized in terms of aiding me with the preparation involved for the lengthy paperwork.
What I’d like to emphasize with regards to Mr. Ballout is that not only is he genuine but also that he was so welcoming from the start when I was first scheduled for an initial consultation. (I still haven’t forgotten his pat on my back the first day I met him.)
