Notice of Appeal or Motion to Reopen or Reconsider a Decision, I-290B

Form I-290B is used to file an appeal or motion on any decision under the immigration laws in any type of proceeding that the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) does not have the power to review. It may be submitted to do the following:

  • Appeal to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) of a denial by USCIS
  • Motion to Reconsider or Reopen a denial by the USCIS office that issued the latest decision in your case, including a field office, service center, or the AAO itself.

Our office has successfully handled many such motions and appeals. We are uniquely positioned to research, analyze and draft I-290B motions and appeals.
