Special Juvenile Immigrant (SIJ), Self-Petition I-360

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) allows immigrants under the age of 21 to receive protection from a juvenile court if they have been abused, neglected, or abandoned by one or both parents. This is a powerful path to get a green card for abandoned minors, and often overlooked! This process involves both State and Federal laws and your attorney must be admitted to the State Bar where you reside to fully assist you. There are specific requirements for a child to qualify for SIJS.

To see if you or your loved one meets this criterion, please contact us or a competent attorney with experience in SIJS.
